1. Complete the Enrollment Form (student information). It can be downloaded in the online system. Please attach photocopies of your visa, ARC, Health Insurance Card, and passport to the forms where applicable.
2. 1 photocopy of your Taiwan Scholarship Certificate (Applicable to Taiwan Scholarship Recipients only)
3. 1 photocopy of your Bank Account Statement (Applicable to Taipei Tech Scholarship or Taiwan Scholarship recipients only)
4. The original verified transcripts/diplomas/degrees and 1 photocopy of verified degree certificate. The original will be returned after verification. Non-Taiwan transcripts / diplomas / degrees must be verified by the Taiwan Embassy, Consulate, or Representative Office in the country of the institution where the transcripts/diplomas/degrees were issued. (Applicable only to students who have not submitted documents verified by a Taiwan Representative Office for their applications).
* If some of the required documents are not available on the day of enrollment, new students may submit copies to OIA staff as soon as the documents are available.
